Ulta released a new 20% 1 item Q in store today. You can combine store Qs with manufacturer coupons at Ulta. I was told by the manager, however, if the coupon requires a minimum threshold (e.g. Spend $10, Take $5 off), you must hit that threshold AFTER coupons. In any case, enjoy!
