After the Mq, the Tylenol Precise Patches (arm and legs 4 pack) are a MM at CVS! I noticed them on clearance for $4.14 yesterday. Combine with this $5 coupon (must register w/website, prints 2x) and you'll better than free patches!
As an aside, I tried these out from the WAGS deal last week. They're warm and comfy, but they don't stick well at all. After only a couple hours, it was already falling off (adhesive does not stick well for the weight of the product). However, can't beat free!
