Rite-Aid, Walgreens, CVS, & Target Shopping Trip 5/8/11-Aveeno, Tylenol Precise, Lotion, Soap, Colgate, Glade, & more!

Great deals from Rite-Aid this week! See below for a shopping trip summary from Rite-Aid, Walgreens, CVS, & Target! A slow week for coupon clipping with only one SS insert and a Glade coupon from Parade magazine. And before I forget - Happy Mother's Day to all the amazing mothers, step moms, grandmas, great-grandmas, etc. out there!

Photo excludes a candy bar that I ate already and three Stop Pain roll ons that my mom eagerly took off my hands.
CVS

Mediocre ad this week.
  • Found Ensure 4 Pack rebate forms (1 per household- FREE afterwards)
  • Carefree Pantiliners "Try Me" Box: Buy 1 pantiliner for a penny and get a .55 cents Mq. This Mq isn't as great as this week's SS FREE one, but not bad at all for .44 cents for a 18-22 ct. bag afterwards!

I bought the following:
  • 1 Just for Men Hair Color $6.99 (MM after $2 Mq and MIR)
    • Used $2.00 Mq (registration required)
    • Save receipt & complete mail in rebate form found here (max value of rebate is $9.50)
  • 1 Tylenol Precise Patch 4 Pack for Arms & Legs $4.14 CLEARANCE - MM w/overage
    • Look for these in the clearance section. Only the arms & legs ones were on clearance at my store. If you can find these, it's the best deal this week among all the stores with overage for other items.
  • 1 Can of Campbell Spaghetti 10/$10 - no coupon used as a filler with the Tylenol Precise transaction since I had .86 cents in overage
  • 2 Glade Sense & Sprays .43oz (Spend $12, Get $4 EB), $7 each - just $1 each after EB & Mqs
    • Used TWO $4 off Mq found here
    • Picture on the $4 off Mq looks different than the Sense & Spray, but it works without any problems since it's off ANY starter kit and the Sense & Spray one is a starter kit. This coupon is better than the $2 off Mq that has the Sense & Spray photo, but is limited to ONLY the Sense & Spray.
  • Used $6 in RBs from previous week
  • Sub-total: $4.85
  • Tax: $2.51
  • Total: $7.36 OOP &
    • $4 EB from the Household products/Spend $12, Get $4 back
    • $6.99 back from Just for Men MIR
  • = I spent $7.36 oop, will get back $6.99 in rebate, and have $4 EB for next week!
Walgreens

Highlight in ad this week are several MIR items. Otherwise, it's also a mediocre ad. Found the Ensure 6 pack Rebate forms (FREE afterwards) here as well.

I bought the following:
  • 1 SunBurnt Gel 2.5oz $3.99- MM after MIR! -prints from Catalina machine
    • Used .50 cents Mq found here (via Collin @ Hip2Save)
  • 1 Ultimate Flora $15 - MM after MIR -prints from Catalina machine
    • Used $2.00 off Mq found here
  • 1 Dial Travel Size Lotion .99- FREE w/Mq
    • "Like" Dial's facebook page and pledge to be healthier for a $1.00 off Mq on any size!
  • 1 Real Soft Toilet Paper $1.29 w/ in ad coupon - used as a filler item!
  • 1 Colgate Toothbrush & 1 Sensitive Toothpaste $2/6 w/RR $4- .50 cents for both after my coupons
    • Used 1 .75 cents off Colgate toothbrush Mq from RP 05/01/11
    • Used 1 .75 cents off Colgate toothpaste Mq from RP 05/01/11
    • This deal can be free if your region had the $1 off toothbrush & $1 off toothpaste Mq.
  • Used $5 RR from previous week
  • Sub-total: $17.27
  • Tax: $2.67
  • Total $19.94 &
    • MIR for Sunburnt Gel $3.99
    • MIR for Ultimate Flora $15.00
    • RR $4 from Colgate for next week!
  • = I spent $19.94 oop, will get back $18.99 from rebates, and have $4 in RR for next week!
Rite-Aid
My favorite this week w/ TONS of great deals! I was ad that the .88 cents 4 pack toilet paper was gone by the time I got to the store (great filler item for the $3 off $15 survey coupon!). I had a great cashier who should get a raise because she was friendly and patient! Found the Ensure 6 pack rebate forms here as well (FREE after MIR).

Since I did some rolling at Rite-Aid so I'll post my transaction details below.

Transaction #1- Spend $20+ & Get $10 +UP Reward (Aveeno, Neutrogena, Clean & Clear, ROC, Lubriderm, or Johnson's)

  • 1 Aveeno Shampoo 10.5 oz $7.49 - as low as $6.99, but my region is expensive
  • 1 Aveeno Conditioner 10.5 oz $7.49 (50% off 2nd) = $3.75
  • 4 Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion $3.49 for two, and $1.75 for the other two (50% off 2nd)

Transaction #3- Easter aisle Dove Candy, Scott Bath Tissues, Nestle Candy, Stop Pain

I didn't plan on getting the Dove candies, but after the Mq, each bag was .57 cents each!
  • 6 Bags of Dove Coconut Eggs $1.24 each before Mqs -75% off Easter aisle CLEARANCE
    • Used TWO $2 off 3 bags of Dove candies 8oz+
      • Previously printed from Target online. may or may not be available anymore
  • 1 Stop Aid Product $6.99 w/$6 + UP Reward, .99 cents afterwards (I wanted to roll my +UP Rewards from previous transaction which is why I placed it in this transaction instead)
  • 2 Scott Bath Tissues $4.79 for both with B1G1F deal
    • Used TWO $1.50 off Scott Naturals 4 Pack or greater (will work for this) found here
  • 2 Single candy items (I got Baby Ruth bars) - .99 each, B1G1F, 50 cents Mq = .49 cents for both!

Target

I came here for the Starbucks Happy Hour (half of fraps!) and stayed to grab a couple things. Nothing special about the ad this week, but I noticed that they marked down some items in the hair care and shower gel section (e.g. the Nivea shower gel is $2.63 at my local Target). Pair this with the $3 off NIVEA Showel Gel coupon from RP 4/17/11 for some BTF shower gel!
  • 1 Finesse Shampoo $3.11
    • Used 1 $1 off Mq found in SS 5/8/11
  • 1 Carefree 20 ct pantiliners $.99 cents
    • Used 1 FREE Carefree Mq found in SS 5/8/11
  • Total: $2.44 & will get back $2 from Finesse MIR form found in SS 5/8/11
  • Note: You can grab a better deal at Rite-Aid for this if you have TWO Finesse Mqs since it's B1G1F there this week.
I would love to hear about your shopping stories! What did you get? How's the week going for everyone?
